Electrical Engineering Staff

Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
3. Willing to be assigned in Karawang Factory – Indotaisei Industrial Park, Cikampek, Karawang.
4. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
5. Good command of spoken and written English.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Able to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
8. Basic knowledge of electrical control systems, sensors, and industrial automation.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Description

• Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment.
• Read, interpret, and update electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and PLC documentation.
• Support PLC troubleshooting and assist in modifying PLC programs when required.
• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical control panels, wiring systems, sensors, and actuators.
• Analyze electrical failures and conduct root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and automation projects while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.
