Process Engineer (Tyre Manufacturing)

Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Passionate about manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
8. Willing to be assigned at Karawang Factory – Indotaisei Industrial Park, Cikampek, Karawang.

Job Description

• Develop, monitor, and improve tyre manufacturing processes to achieve optimum productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
• Investigate process abnormalities and conduct root cause analysis using problem-solving methodologies.
• Improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing consistency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and performance presentations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
