Sales Staff Oem

Key responsibilities

• As a window person for customer OEM.
• Manage OEM customer relationships and handle customer requirements, particularly for China OEM customers.
• Manage RFQ, quotation, new project, and customer activities from initial inquiry through SOP/mass production.
• Monitor customer forecast, orders, sales volume, and business performance.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding operational matters.
• This manpower request is for substitution, not additional.
• There will be no change to the total number of department members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economic or Industrial Engineering
• Open to Fresh Graduates and candidates with up to 3 years working experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in public speaking and presentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
