Objects that must be in your motorbike seat
Road trips are fun, but don't let Drivemate start the adventure without proper preparation. Because, no one knows, there might be unexpected technical problems during the trip. There are many possibilities that can happen, such as rain, traffic checks, and so on. Therefore, it is important to make a list of equipment that must be brought.
Equipment that must be included in a motorbike seat
There are many equipment options that you can bring, but first prioritize the list below. Drivemate can also customize what the following items fits on the seat because the seat size of each motorbike is different.
1. Vehicle documents
We probably often put driving documents such as driving licenses and STNKs in our wallets, right? It would be a good idea if Drivemate made a copy of the document and placed it on the motorbike seat. This way, you can handle emergency situations when your wallet is forgotten or left behind.
2. Protective attribute
In driving, safety is number one. Therefore, to always be prepared, Drivemate is required to prepare protective attributes for the motorbike seat. For example, gloves and protective glasses.
3. Rain Coat
Rain is one of the weather conditions that dominates in Indonesia. Moreover, sometimes conditions in each region are different. If area A is raining, it does not necessarily mean that area B is also raining. Therefore, you must always have a coat ready before it rains. So that when it suddenly rains during a road trip, you don't need to be confused about buying a coat on the road.
4. Wipe
A rag is a small item that will be useful for cleaning your favorite motorbike. Prepare a soft and waterproof cloth so you can clean the rearview mirror which interferes with your view while driving.
5. Cash
Currently there are various payment methods. Not a few people have switched to digital payments. However, cash is still widely used in some places. Therefore, you can prepare cash in your seat for non-cash emergency payments, such as parking fees.
Motorcycle Mechanic Equipment That Can Be Carried
No less important than the types of general equipment above, mechanical equipment also needs to be carried during trips, especially long trips. There are several basic mechanical equipment that Drivemate can place on a motorbike seat, including:
1. Spark Plug Lock
Not a few mechanics say that a spark plug wrench is equipment that must be on a motorbike seat. The reason is, vehicle spark plugs are an important motor component. Apart from that, the spark plug wrench is quite ergonomic so it is easy to carry anywhere.
2. Wrench and Ring
Wrenches and washers are tools used to remove and tighten bolts. Loose bolts will reduce motor performance. Therefore, to maintain the performance of the motorbike, these two types of keys are mandatory for Drivemate to bring if at any time they feel something is wrong with the motorbike.
3. Nipple Lock
On motorbikes, the nipple plays a role in conditioning the incoming fuel and air. If the nipple is not installed properly, then many problems will arise with your motorbike, such as waste of fuel, decreased speed performance, etc.
4. Portable tire pump
If motorbike tires are neglected for too long, the pressure will decrease. Usually, tires with low air pressure feel uncomfortable when driving. If complaints like this often suddenly appears, so you can always be prepared with a portable pump that fits the size of the seat
5. Rachet
Apart from wrenches and rings, rachets are also capable of performing similar functions. However, using a racher is easier than the previous two types of locks. Of course, you want simple motorbike repairs faster, right? This tool can be used for various motorbike repairs, starting from brake repairs, tire replacement, etc
Preparing equipment when riding a motorbike is very important. In this way, Drivemate's driving comfort will be more guaranteed because it is better prepared for emergency situations that may arise at any time. So that driving comfort is guaranteed, make sure your motorbike tires are of good quality. One of them is tires from Dunlop. Want to know about tire choices?
