Legendary Big SUV
The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 is the newest legendary Big SUV from Toyota to meet the needs of global consumers, including in Indonesia (02/08). Toyota engineers really paid attention to the details of this Big SUV.
This new Land Cruiser was built using the new GA-F platform with the TNGA philosophy. Frame stiffness is claimed to have increased by 20 percent from the 200 Series, and the weight has decreased by 200 kilograms. The new Toyota Land Cruiser has a new double-wishbone rear suspension system as well as an optimized trailing-link rigid-axle rear suspension system.
The interior of the Toyota New Land Cruiser adopts a multi-terrain monitor which includes a four-camera system. Then there is a special off-road information screen measuring 12.3 inches. This big SUV is equipped electronic features such as Lane Tracing Assist, electronic brake control, Torsen Limited Slip Differential (LSD), and 6 driving modes, namely Auto, Dirt, Sand, Mud, Deep Snow, and Rock.
The new Land Cruiser engine comes in two variants, namely a 3.5 liter V6 twin-turbo petrol engine and a 3.3 liter V6 twin-turbo diesel engine. The engine is combined with a 10-speed automatic transmission which produces smaller gear steps and wider gear ratios.
In terms of performance, the New Land Cruiser's 3.5 liter V6 twin-turbo petrol engine is capable of producing maximum power of 415 hp and maximum torque of 650 Nm. Meanwhile, the 3.3 liter V6 twin-turbo diesel engine produces maximum power of 309 hp and maximum torque of 700 Nm.
