Dunlop Officially Launches Blue Response TG, Smart Premium Tires for Various Types of Vehicles

Jakarta, January 21, 2026 — Dunlop officially introduces Blue Response TG, the latest generation of tires positioned as smart premium tires, carrying the tagline “Smart Choice, Smart Premium.” Through this concept, Dunlop emphasizes that consumers can now enjoy premium tire performance and technology through smart, relevant, and valuable choices for various types of vehicles, from conventional cars to electric vehicles.

Developed from the legacy of the SP Sport Series, the Blue Response TG is designed to address modern driving needs with significant improvements in stability, longevity, and wet braking performance, while remaining efficient for daily use.

“With its new profile and structure, Blue Response TG provides more precise and stable steering response without sacrificing the smooth and quiet character that is Dunlop's DNA. The optimization of the tread pattern and water drainage grooves also results in better grip, including on wet roads, with a low noise level,” said Yukishi Yoshida, GM Product Development Dunlop Indonesia.
The tagline “Smart Choice, Smart Premium” reflects Dunlop’s philosophy of delivering functional and rational premium products. Consumers will benefit from technology that is truly tangible and relevant in everyday use. This tire comes with premium characteristics that are not only reflected in its image, but also in its balance of performance, comfort, durability, and long-term efficiency, as well as its affordability for consumers in Indonesia. As part of the Smart Choice, Smart Premium concept, consumers get added value in the form of a Premium Warranty of up to 1 year or 24,000 km, for a safer and more comfortable driving experience.

As the adoption of electric vehicles increases in Indonesia, Dunlop has equipped the Blue Response TG with the EV Ready concept, which indicates that this tire is designed to meet the specific needs of electric vehicles, such as heavier vehicle loads, instant torque, and demands for efficiency and noise levels. The Blue Response TG is a tire suitable for all types of cars, from conventional, hybrid, to EV.

To validate its performance in real-world conditions, Dunlop collaborated with three professional Indonesian racers, TB Adhi, Demas Agil, and Aldio Oekon, in the Dunlop Feeling Test program held at the Meikarta Speedway on January 19–23, 2026.

The Dunlop Blue Response TG will be available gradually through Dunlop’s official network across Indonesia starting February 1, 2026.
