In 2026, DUNLOP officially introduced the BLUE RESPONSE TG to tyre users in Indonesia. As a high-performance tyre suitable for a wide range of vehicles—from conventional cars to electric vehicles—the BLUE RESPONSE TG is an evolution of the SP Sport LM705, offering precise handling, premium comfort, and optimal durability. Embracing the philosophy of “Smart Choice, Smart Premium,” this tyre also comes with an exclusive after-sales service called SmartCare. More than just a warranty program, SmartCare is a tangible expression of DUNLOP’s commitment to ensuring every journey you take receives the best protection. With a tyre replacement guarantee of up to 12 months or 24,000 km, this program was launched as DUNLOP’s commitment to addressing the evolving mobility needs of the Indonesian public, who demand the highest levels of safety and comfort on every journey.
"We began selling the BLUE RESPONSE TG as DUNLOP’s Smart Premium tyre in the Indonesian market in February of this year. This is a global DUNLOP product marketed in Indonesia and around the world. To provide customers with greater peace of mind when purchasing and using these Smart Premium tyres, we are launching the SmartCare program, specifically for the Indonesian market. What Is SmartCare
SmartCare is a program offered exclusively to DUNLOP BLUE RESPONSE TG users. With SmartCare, every BLUE RESPONSE TG customer not only gets high-quality tyres, but also after-sales service that truly cares and responds to users’ needs.
“We are launching this program to provide services that meet our customers’ increasingly diverse needs. At the same time, this program is driven by our commitment to raising awareness of the importance of regular tyre maintenance—such as checking tread wear and tyre pressure—which is directly linked to driving safety,” said Yukishi Yoshida, General Manager of Product Development & Technical Service at PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia.
The Three Pillars of SmartCare
The DUNLOP SmartCare program is built on three complementary service pillars designed to provide a safer and more enjoyable driving experience. The first pillar is the SmartCare Warranty, which guarantees the replacement of a new tyre in the event of damage resulting from normal wear and tear, subject to applicable terms and conditions. The second aspect is SmartCare Maintenance, a free periodic maintenance service that includes tyre pressure checks and physical condition inspections by trained mechanics at SmartCare Partner shops, ensuring optimal tyre performance throughout their lifespan. The third aspect is the SmartCare Hotline, an official communication service ready to assist customers at any time for consultations, questions, or complaints via DUNLOP TYRES INDONESIA’s official WhatsApp at +62 812-9550-7273.
SmartCare Partner Terms and Locations
The SmartCare Warranty provides coverage for 1 year or 24,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase of DUNLOP BLUE RESPONSE TG tyres. This program is exclusive to BLUE RESPONSE TG products that have been registered on the official DUNLOP website and maintained regularly at an official SmartCare partner store in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions
Customers are required to undergo 4 periodic maintenance visits at an official SmartCare partner store according to the following schedule (whichever comes first):
- Session 1: approx. 2,000 km / 1 month
- Session 2: approx. 8,000 km / 4 months
- Session 3: approx. 14,000 km / 7 months
- Session 4: approx. 20,000 km / 10 months
Each session includes a free tyre condition check and tyre inflation (excluding nitrogen).
The warranty is void if the product is not registered, routine maintenance is not performed, or damage is caused by improper installation, vehicle operation, improper maintenance, improper use (racing, off-road driving, overloading), external factors/contamination (chemicals, salt, natural disasters, etc.), or if the tyres have been transferred to another owner or sold during the warranty period. The costs for installation, removal, balancing, and alignment, as well as any costs incurred during tyre replacement, are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with each store’s respective policies.

How to Register for SmartCare
To register for the SmartCare Warranty, visit https://dunlop.co.id/id/warranty/auth/login and follow these steps:
- Purchase at least 2 (two) DUNLOP BLUE RESPONSE TG tyres in a single transaction.
- Ensure that the purchase is made at a SmartCare Partner store officially designated by DUNLOP.
- Create an account and register the product warranty through the official DUNLOP website.
- Prepare supporting documents, including the tyre purchase invoice, a photo of the tyres production year (DOT), a photo of the tyre barcode, and a photo of the vehicle’s odometer. Ensure the tyre barcode is photographed before the tyre is installed (the barcode is located on the inner sidewall of the tyre near the rim).
